Consumer Abuse: received a threathening message from buyer

We received the following message from a Buyer, claiming the product received was delivered in unhealthy conditions and threatening to ruin our reputation in and off Amazon if we did not issue a full refund for the order. The product is not a consumable.

How can we best report this to Amazon so they can take measures and investigate since this seems like a scam?

Dear Sir/Madam,

The product delivered under my recent Amazon order is absolutely unacceptable and poses a direct health risk. Although I ordered a brand-new and original item, I received a product that was clearly used, visibly dirty, stained, and emitting a strong, foul odor.

As soon as the package was opened, the intolerable smell caused physical discomfort to members of my household, including young children. Out of serious concern for our health, we immediately and unconditionally disposed of the product without allowing it into our home. It would have been unsafe and irresponsible to do otherwise.

you MUST REPLY ONCE but do so professionally. state that any return requests must be processed through official channels and that you cannot accommodate their request via messages. nothing else. its a scam. but they could still file an a-z and youll lose that if you dont reply. so reply once and any future responses from them can be marked as no response needed.

ive had similar scam messages over the years. my favorite was that their postman beat them up and called them names and they demand MORAL compensation in addition to a full refund. i sell stickers. lol. nobody is being anyone up over an envelope with stickers. always reply once and then never again.
