OTDR IS INCORRECT WITH CALCULATING

I just noticed my percentage change today and went lower, Amazon is counting 13 shipments against me when those were shipped on the time, it also shows OTDR protected on each of them but UPS did deliver those 1-2 days late but I shipped on time and it shows OTDR protected so why is Amazon counting them against me? Anyone else check their metrics today to see if items they shipped on time and it has the OTDR protected badge counting against you?

because the transit times on your listings aren't set up for long enough for the late deliveries

Hello 707_Motoring,

This is Nikki from Amazon. I understand you're having trouble with OTDR. Could you please provide me with a Seller Support case ID so I can look into this further for you? I'd be happy to take a look and see if I can help resolve the issue.

Please let me know the case ID whenever you have a chance. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you.

Greetings 707_Motoring,

Thank you for using the Forums!

"My question also is I know you need to have standard shipping only for protection however if I have a premium shipping option also turned on in that template or free economy also turned on would that disqualify that template automatically from the protections until they are turned off?"

No, having a premium shipping option or free economy shipping option turned on in addition to the standard shipping option will not disqualify that template from the on-time delivery protections, as long as the standard shipping option is enabled and you are meeting the on-time shipping requirement for that standard option.

Amazon only considers the standard shipping option when calculating the on-time delivery rate (OTDR) metric. Premium or free economy shipping options are not factored into this.

As long as you are shipping standard orders on time (90% on-time delivery rate without promise extensions), the presence of other shipping options like premium or free economy will not impact your eligibility for Amazon's seller performance protections related to on-time delivery.

The standard shipping option needs to be your primary focus to maintain the required on-time delivery rate. But you can have additional premium or free economy options enabled alongside the standard option.

So in summary, having those other shipping options turned on in addition to standard shipping will not automatically disqualify you from the on-time delivery protections, as long as you are meeting the requirements for the standard shipping option specifically. The standard option is the key factor Amazon looks at for this metric.

I hope I could clarify your concerns. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Visit the page Frequently asked questions about on-time delivery rate (OTDR) for more information.

Best regards,

-Nikki
