Dear Amazon Forum Moderators,

I need urgent assistance in escalating a serious brand hijacking and ASIN tampering issue affecting my registered brand, Despite opening a case with Amazon Brand Registry Support (Case ID: 17592179411 ), the problem persists, and I’m seeking forum moderator support to expedite resolution.

Issue Summary:

- Unauthorized Brand Name Change: Our legitimate brand (registered in Amazon Brand Registry) was forcibly altered to "FEMAZE" by a hijacker.

- ASIN Disruptions: This illegal change has detached child ASINs from parent listings, crippling our catalog structure.

- Policy Violations: This violates Amazon’s Brand Name Policy, Brand Registry protections, and anti-hijacking rules.

Actions Taken So Far:

1. Submitted a Policy Violation Report (Case ID: 17592179411 ).

2. Requested reinstatement of registered Brand name and removal of "FEMAZE"—yet no fix.

Request to Moderators:

- Please help escalate this hijacking case to Amazon’s internal teams.

- Advise on next steps if Support remains unresponsive.

For brand name change violations we are asking sellers to follow the instructions provided here. 🚨 PROCESS UPDATE - Report Incorrect Brand Name Changes.

Please make sure you select the correct selections to report:

  1. Submit a report through the "Report Abuse" feature
  2. Select "Product detail page was changed to represent a different product"
  3. We suggest sellers to provide relevant details such as when the ASIN was created, by whom, and what the brand name was originally.

Please include the ASIN details and mention if you are the ASIN creator (if you are for the ASINs) and include the brand name which it should reflect.

Once you have submitted through this path, please provide the complaint ID so I can look into it and loop in internal teams based on the outcome.

Hi Sandy - I have this same issue and have about impacted asins 400 how would I get those to you. Seems like Amazon could look at all my search suppressed listings and pull this info. Looking for any help.
