Issue: We uploaded a SDS file as required for the ASIN, but we uploaded it several times and it still didn't pass the review, the result shows "Unable to classify" and didn't give any reason for it. We made the SDS file as required, but we don't know exactly what the problem is. we have created many cases but the Selling Partner Support also can't give any specific reason. Please help us with issue

I just wanted to follow up with you to let you know that the ASIN on CASE ID 17193903741 seems to be active. It does show as out of inventory per the Manage Inventory Page, so please note that it will show as unavailable on the buyer facing side until more inventory is added.
I took a look at your latest CASE ID ending in 3521. The partner team shared that they will review your documents and respond within 2 business days. If you do not hear from them by Monday February 24th, 2025 at the end of the day, feel free to follow up with me and I can see what next steps can be taken.
