Green Box Around Price on Seller Central / Product "Currently Unavailable"
Hello,
I've just changed some prices on some products and now they are showing as "Currently Unavailable" even though there is stock against it. I've noticed on Manage Inventory that these products have a little green box around the price, does anyone know what this means?
I've had a look in Pricing Health and none of these products are showing that they need to be changed or don't comply with policy or standards. I'm not sure what to do.
Doe's anyone know what the green box indicates? And how I can get my products to show available again?

The green box normally indicates that you have a sale price on your product. It is just to highlight which products are temporarily reduced in price.
If they are not available then there must be a reason for this. If the last action was a price change I would say it is most likely the price is too low or high. However normally you have an exclamation mark next to the product stating there is a pricing issue.
Are they FBA or FBM products?

This happens to us occasionally. Delete the listing, wait 24 hours and relist. Your stock will then be available.
