We would kindly appreciate some advice regarding the issue of Nexus. We are a European company and we want to expand our business and start selling our products in the FBA programme in the United States.

From what we have read, there is no NEXUS requirement in the US anymore when shipping products to Amazon warehouses.

From what we were informed, we would only have to have an EIN number and then Amazon would settle our taxes in the US.

Do you have any experience with the above-mentioned issue? Amazon responded to us that Nexus is still a valid requirement, but we wanted to confirm with someone who has some experience in the matter.
