Amazon mislabeled my units
Unfortunately, Amazon still can't fix my labeling issue. This is the 4th time I've requested a bin check and the 4th time Amazon has said everything is correct. I have customers getting the wrong color units as we speak. In fact, as Amazon is telling me my labeling is correct, a customer is giving me a poor review because she was sent the wrong item. I am asking Amazon to send me all my units and request that they pay for them. Please help. My case is ID 16348124801.

You do NOT have to ASK Amazon to do such thing. YOU have to create a removal order in seller central. the units will come back to you slowly, slowly in batches.
THAT is another question. What do you want them to pay? The cost of return? That will probably not go to happen.

My question to you is did amazon put your products into reserved because of this since you are having lots of returns?
