Need help on a return fraud order

Hello,

Need help on this.

Order ID: 114-2014204-9269002

This customer did a switcheroo return fraud, we did a 100% restocking fee on the return. And it shows Prior refund: applied to that order. When we try file a SAFE-T claim, Amazon say we can't because we refund the customer?

Was the order RFS (refund at first scan)? It doesn't make any sense that you 'Refunded" with a restocking fee and there was a "prior refund".

You can't do a SAFE-T claim if you have done any refund, even a $0.00 refund with a 100% restocking fee. I presume you are wanting to file the SAFE-T claim to try to recoup the return label cost? Regarding the "Prior Refund Applied", yes, Amazon will show that even for a $0.00 refund due to a 100% restocking fee. So, unfortunately, you're just out any return shipping that you paid to get an incorrect item back. As far as I know there isn't anything you can do about it.
