Amazon won't let me disburse funds

Hi,

I have been unable to disburse any funds all week.

I received an email today informing me that I need to verify my deposit method however in my account settings there are fully verified. I have tried for 3-4 hours today and seller support have been useless they either cut the phone since they can’t help, or say that they are unable to help me.

I also received an email saying “Suspended selling privileges status90-day removal notificationHello,We have previously notified you that your selling privileges have been suspended or that your access to Amazon selling services is limited.”

My items are selling without issue yet I still received that message. Can someone explain to me what is going on and kindly help resolve this??

Have you had a notification before the suspended one saying anything was wrong? normally limited company verification takes weeks but your company has only been formed 10 days so is your account actually verified? is the deposit method in your limited company name?

If yes, can you share the case ID opened with Seller Support so I can take a look?

Have you checked the date of expiry on your card this needs to be 6 months in the future. If its within that timescale AMAZON wont acknowledge it as valid get another card issued and place that on file.

Might be worth checking if the card on file is from an internet bank as these go in and out of favour with AMAZON best if you can to have a uk high street bak card.
