Account deactivation help

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me, sorry if its a long one, so Amazon warned me a few weeks ago my account was pending deactivation due to a complaint I was selling a counterfeit product. I couldn't appeal this from seller central so I called them and I had 2 different seller central representatives ensure me my account would not be deactivated due to this. lone behold a week later my account had been deactivated. Now the product I had listed I had listed for a fair while and I had never ever sold one (didn't have the buy box) to be completely honest I didnt realise I even still had it listed due to having lots of products listed. The product was not counterfeit, I have invoices to prove this from the main supplier however Amazon wont accept them as they are over 365 days old. I have even spoke to the company that owns the brand of the product I was selling and assume the company that made the complaint and they said they will look into this for me. I have spoken to Amazon on the phone various times now and keep getting the same answers - telling me to wait but nothing seems to be happening. I need my Amazon account for my business and have thousands of pounds sat in the account but the people on the phone dont seem to have a clue. Any advice is appreciated or any idea on how long I might have to wait? They said my account was only 'temporarily' suspended but I'm beginning to think I wont be getting it back anytime soon.
