My A-to-Z Claim was denied. How can I appeal a second time??
We did purchase the shipping from Amazon Buy Shipping, Claims Protected, OTDR Protected.
We did ship on time, package shows delivered on tome. Still we did have to refund customer and Order Defect Rate Impacted

Unfortunately there isn't a known way to appeal again. I have been running into issues as of late with this process as well. I have had several in the last couple of weeks that are showing to be delivered, but Amazon is taking the funds from our account and counting the orders against our ODR. I have opened a couple of cases, but they just get put into the transfer status and I have not gotten any updates at all. Amazon has probably delegated this work to another failed AI system and that is the reason we are having such troubles.

Yes, but when you go to the carrier website, does tracking show it was in their possession, on time?
