Funds on hold while account under review
Hello,
I have the following issue.
There has been put a hold on my funds, and I got the following message in Account Health under payment policy:
Funds are held while your account is under review. Find out more.
I assumes that I needed to prove that I delivered all orders until when I got this message on my account ( 17 February ), but I got absolutely no e-mail regarding this or notification in performance notifications.
Still, I started to send e-mails to selleraccount-review@amazon.it with the documents which I knew they normally wanted, and that is:
- a delivery report made by me in excel with ALL FBM orders until that date ( 17 February )
-delivery receipts signed by customers confirming the delivery for all orders
-invoices proving that I have enough stock
-customer feebacks from some of the orders
-bank statement
I don't have a website, so I didn't sent a link about that.
All of my orders are sent from Romania, and the VRN metric is not available, but, the delivery confirmations ( receipts ) signed by customers should prove that all orders have been delivered.
I will also like to specify that I have the seller account since 2023, and alone in 2024 I generated over 1 mil in Revenue ( trough FBA ), and now that I started FBM, Amazon put a hold on ALL my funds, including the ones from FBA.
I have sent them this past week multiple times the documents which they request, but every time I get the same copy-paste response, no one is paying attention to us sellers and they are not actively trying to help.
I am in need of those funds in order to sustain my business, what can there be done?
