Ineligible product for ads
Hey, Im having a real issue with ads for my current product B0BYZVVL1W stating: Ineligible product
This product can not be advertised because:
Adult novelty products aren't allowed.
But its not an adult novelty product, its ridiculous that they are saying it is.... is there a way to get Amazon to change this?
I have been onto seller support but they are just saying it violates 4.2 on the sponsored ad policies, I have looked into it and it doesn't violate the policy at all.
Any help overturning this will be amazing
Thanks so much

Hello @Seller_EjXvCejpJF1T0,
Thank you for bringing this question to the forums -- I'm happy to help clarify the policy for you.
The decision is based on the nature of the image featured in this décor. While they are beautiful and not outwardly showing any nudity, it still considered an illustration of partial nudity. I realize they cited policy 4.2 for you, but really it's in violation of section 8.2.1: Policy on Partial Nudity.
I do understand how frustrating this is, but our advertising policies exist to ensure all customers feel comfortable while shopping on Amazon. Let me know if you have any questions on the policy.
Tatiana
