account de activated due to violation of ASIN Creation policies.. seems like no option to appeal at all

Hello @Cooper_Amazon

my selling account was deactivated on may 10th for the reason:

-We have deactivated your account because you created one or more ASIN variations that violate our ASIN Creation policies

I recently received some policy violation notices flagging this problem earlier this month

I spoke to account health on this and tried to rectify the problem on my end by deleting incorrectly added child asins. Despite repeated attempts to do so I want able to fix all the problem variations on my end so i reached out to seller support on May 10th. That was the same day that my account got deactivated

I have tried to ask for re activation a few times via account health but each time it got rejected stating that

We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time.

I have followed guidance from account health reps as to how i should write my appeal. I spoke to account health 4 X over the past 2 days but each time I took their suggestions and amended my letter to appeal it doesnt get accepted at all.

Cooper or any others from Amazon, can you take a look at the case that I submitted on asking for help for appeal?

But in fact I did violated policy unknowingly and tried to rectify the problem but wasnt able to do so right away.

If you are located in China you have chances. If you are a US seller, you just get punished straight out the door....

It seems account suspension due to variation problems is common now. But for me there isnt any way to appeal at all
