Issues with Advertising admin panel
Hello everyone,
I am experiencing issues with my Advertising admin panel today and would greatly appreciate help from other sellers and moderators. Here are the specific problems I’m facing:
- I am unable to create new campaigns.
- I cannot edit existing campaigns.
- I cannot activate or deactivate existing campaigns.
- I cannot add products to existing campaigns.
I always get an error message.

Have you contacted Seller Support and opened a case? If so, please post that Order ID here. Also, you need to provide a screenshot of the error message. I will watch for that information and then see if I can assist.
