FBM Shipping from Republic Of Ireland
Hi,
I am based in Republic Of Ireland and planning to use FBM to sell on Amazon UK and other EU countries, just wondering if anyone can give me tips/thoughts on shipping.
Would you recommend using Amazon buy shipping or any other parcel/Courer service to ship within Ireland, to UK and other EU countries? Just looking at working out some estimates for shipping costs etc. Sizes of the products I will be shipping will fit in small parcel.

Not knowing the shipping costs from ROI, but having sent a couple of small parcels to Eire from UK, the cost is quite high. Obviously sending to EU might not be, as will be euros anyway ?? - but you really need to check out the costs to other EU countries as is now prohibitive from UK, hence I have stopped selling overseas, and I think many other FBM sellers have too.

Only you can work out what is best for you and your product range. Get some quotes and see what works for you. It will be for you to decide whether you want to send tracked or not tracked. Clearly, untracked orders will encourage more claims for non-receipt.
Just remember that orders to the UK will need to be sent duty paid. You won't need to worry about that for sales to other EU countries.
Also be aware of Amazon's customer-friendly policies regarding international returns. If you don't know, search in Seller Central.
