How to Print Pallet Labels using AGL
I am trying to Create a Shipment to transport a single SKU of goods from China to the USA. The goods have been loaded onto tour pallets at the collection location. The system does not allow me to enter a “single SKU pallet” packing template so I set it up as a case pack template (the only option available). I don’t see anywhere that I can now enter the number of pallets or print the pallet labels.
Is this still considered a “pallet shipment” even though I had to use a case pack template? If so, where do I enter the pallet information and how do I print the pallet labels? The Amazon instructional materials refer to inputting pallet information and printing pallet labels in steps four and five however, the workflow I am now using ends at step three.
If it is not considered a “pallet shipment” are pallet labels still required and if so, who will supply/apply the labels to the pallets?

Hello @Seller_cw7wggE8wneGE, were you able to successfully create this shipment?
On the first step of the workflow, choose inventory to send, you should be able to select from a list of available FBA SKUs. If the contents, weights, and dimensions for your single-SKU boxes don’t change frequently, we recommend that you create case pack templates for those SKUs that you want to send to Amazon.
You will confirm carrier and pallet information on step 4. To print the pallet labels,
- Select Continue to print pallet labels
- Enter how many pallets you will be sending, select the format, and then select Print.
