A to Z claim ODR being affected for Lost Packages shipped through Amazon Buy Shippinh
This is now one of a few times we have had happen where we ship a package through Amazon Buy Shipping Program, the package gets lost, the customer opens an A to Z claim, and we are then charged and our ODR is affected. I have repeadedly stated in the A to Z comments with a literal link to Amazon's page stating that we are protected from A to Z claims when we ship through Amazon's Buy Shipping Program. It seems as of the last few months they are not honoring their own policies and are debiting sellers for items shipped through them when a chargeback or A to Z is opened. We appeal is several times and get the same result. Are there any mods that could possible look into this for us and help us get this off out ODR when we have done nothing wrong? Thanks!

Did the package have a physical scan no later than the ship by date? If not, that is why they aren't covering it. If so, then I agree 100%, they should be covering it by their policy.
