Account Suspended Due to Unfair Fake Product Complaint – Requesting Support and Suggestions
Hello everyone,
I’ve been selling on Amazon for a long time and I always make sure to source my products carefully from reliable suppliers. However, I recently faced an issue and would greatly appreciate your support and advice.
One of my customers filed a "fake product" complaint for a perfume they purchased. As a result, my selling account was suspended. After I contacted the customer, they explained that the product is actually original and the complaint was mistakenly submitted by their spouse. The customer even left a 5-star review for the product and reached out to Amazon live support to confirm that the item is genuine.
In response, I submitted all relevant documents, including sample invoices and my warehouse agreement, since the product was sourced directly from Amazon through dropshipping. Unfortunately, my account remains suspended despite these efforts.
We are now kindly requesting that Amazon conduct a 3D barcode/lot code verification on the product and re-review the invoices and documents provided. The goal is to have this unjust complaint removed, especially since the buyer has clearly confirmed the product’s authenticity.
If anyone here has experienced a similar situation or has insights on how to resolve this, I would truly appreciate your input.

You just admitted violating Section 3 of teh Business AGreement you signed, hence the violation.
I will state simply... You cannot buy from Amazon to sell on Amazon. Dropshipping has nothing to do with it. You burned your own account buying RETAIL (Amazon). Do the research on the boards and see for yourself the number of victims who are in the same situation.
