FBM Refunds/Returns: What to do after "Refund applied"?

I need guidance on handling refunds/returns for FBM orders. I have a few "Refund applied" orders, but I haven’t received the items back. Is there something I might be missing, or should I adjust my return settings? I would appreciate your guidance.
