Moderator Help Needed - Got a Shipping Violation because of a recording mistake by Amazon
Dear Moderators,
I am reaching out for help with a shipping violation I received because of a mistake made by Amazon - Case ID#14753541691
One of my shipments (FBA17NCWV0V3) contains 300 units to FWA4. the inventory ledger shows that these were received in FWA4. However, an extra unit is recorded as being received at BDL3. However, there is no shipping label to BDL3 as part of FBA17NCWV0V3. Clearly I have no means of sending such a unit to BDL3.
Lately there are so many such mistakes. The worst part is that Amazon sends shipping violations for these.
Would you please help with this case and also escalating the increased number of mistakes made by the receiving team?
It is really not fair for sellers to be fighting with no success obvious mistakes by the receiving team
