Evri Grattan Charges / Invoices
Hi all,
Sorry if this subject was discussed but I couldn't find an answer anywhere. I'm purchasing Evri labels via 'Buy Shipping' with Amazon. As an example, when I purchase a label for a parcel under 1kg the price/cost that shows up is £2.95 (£2.46+VAT). I can see that entry on my monthly invoices from Grattan PLC Shipping Invoice, however, the invoice for the following month does show another entry for that specific order/tracking number to the tune of £0.41+VAT (£0.49). Has anyone come across this and figured out what that surcharge is for?

I have the opposite - every month I receive various small credits on a credit note - between 20p to 40p. These never get reimbursed to me!! I haven’t been overcharged (to my knowledge) at time of buying Evri via Amazon 🤷🏻♀️
