Error when trying to create a new product listing
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to list a new product on the Amazon catalog but keep getting a problem encountered error whenever I upload all the necessary information. I still have the option to save the listing but when I do it never shows up in my manage inventory section.
I've already contacted Seller Support and have cleared my browser's cache/history & done all the necessary steps, even went to the lengths of trying a new device but still no luck.
What is the issue? Is this something that is happening at the backend of Amazon? I really need to list these new products so I can make my shipments.

Check your drafts. Are you using UPCs from GS1 or the code that is printed on the product itself?
Or do you have GTIN exemptions?

When I reviewed your case with Selling Partner Support, they believe you need to: "input the right conditional unit count and item form the system should let you proceed."
