AMAZON BLOCKING LISTINGS WRONGFULLY
amazon requested food safety documents within *1* day of notifying me, it took me 3 days to retrieve these documents, people do not cater to my needs whenever i ask them. now amazon says i need to submit them for reinstatement, but they have already BLOCKED my product with the red circle, and after submitting my documents they claim my product is not eligible for reinstatement. i have ALL the correct documents that they need to reinstate it, and i am the ONLY PERSON on the listing who was required to submit it, even though WE ARE ALL SELLING THE SAME PRODUCT. can SOMEBODY help me with this from the back end??? why was my product blocked, and if it was blocked then WHY ARE THEY REQUESTING DOCUMENTS and saying it can be reinstated?? i have screenshots of all of this and the case logs are still visible on my account. when i submit a case and ask why it is blocked, amazon tells me it is NOT blocked and i need to relist my product, WHAT is going on???

So you're aware, we do have limited visibility into your account and is mostly limited to what is provided in this space. Could you provide a little more information on the situation or what type of documentation was requested from you, were they specific testing documents?
Where did you procure the documentation? Did the supplier or manufacturer provide them as an example? Most testing documentation does need to be completed by an approved and appropriately certified lab.
Could you provide your case ID associated with this situation, as it may offer a little more insight as well.
I would also advise that if you submit any additional information to be sure and remove any personal information such a emails or phone numbers as an example.
