Over 120 FBA orders pending for over a month, now Amazon is cancelling these orders

My shipment arrived to FBA over a month ago and has been received in full. All the units from this shipment are still in FC processing. Amazon accepted over 120 orders and never shipped any of these. Obviously most of these orders are delayed. Now amazon is starting to cancel the orders. I'm very worried, this is a big loss. At this point I think most of these units are lost.

I need help from amazon with this.

Hello @Seller_G3AQ7esJsRCfC, I see that I'm coming into your thread a few weeks after you posted, have you spoken with Seller Support in the meantime? I'm wondering if your inventory is reserved for transfer or another reason. If you have opened one, let me know that case ID so that I can take a closer look.
