Urgent: Repeated Fake Copyright Infringement Claims Against Our Listings

Dear Amazon Community and Managers,
I feel powerless and that's why I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue that has been affecting our business for over three weeks.
On October 30th, we received a copyright infringement claim against five of our listing images (5 color variations).
However, we do hold FULL OWNERSHIP of the copyright and source files for these listing images, which are registered under U.S. Copyright Registration, as well as the DESIGN PATENT for the product from the images. These images were created in-house, depict real children (one of whom is a colleague's child), and are solely owned and copyrighted by our team. We have never authorized any other party to use or distribute these materials, nor does any third party have a legitimate claim.
Yesterday, on November 20th, we received a notification that our appeal had been accepted, likely because the claimant failed to initiate legal action within the 14-day legal window. Consequently, all images were reinstated across the five ASINs.
However, today, November 21st, we received another policy warnings for copyright infringement for the exact same ASINs, this time from a new claimant, using a different name and different contact email address. Once again, our images have been suppressed, and the affected listings are currently unavailable.
It is clear that these fake claimants are exploiting the system to file baseless claims, knowing they will continue to disrupt our business unless AMAZON INTERVENES. These repeated, unfounded claims are abusive, entirely baseless, and have caused significant financial losses—amounting to tens of thousands of dollars over the past few weeks.
I urge Amazon to dedicate just a few minutes to reviewing this case, as the evidence clearly demonstrates the unfairness and malicious nature of these claims.
I would appreciate any help!
Thank you!

Hello @Seller_W73HVL8GLevIO,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am sorry to read what you are going through and I will do what I can to assist.
I am guessing these infringement claims came through on your Account Health Dashboard and they should correlate to a performance notification that provides a bit more detail to the claim. If you can provide me the date of the notification I can try to find it and review. IF you have a case ID, this would be even better as I can pull the ASIN as well.
In the interim, I recommend responding the Account Health violations via your Account Health Dashboard, this will be the quickest way to provide the proper and appropriate information to the relevant team to remove the violation and get the ASINs live again.
If your assumption above is correct, then action can be taken, "Important: The continuous submission of inaccurate or fake notices could lead to the removal of your submission privileges." This is a yellow highlighted note on the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page under the "Result from submitting a notice of infringement," section.
I just need all the relevant info to review and consolidate to determine if what you are experiencing meets the escalation requirements.
Looking forward to assisting where I am able.
Best, Dougal
