Grocery request approval issue

Hello,I want to list my products under the Grocery and Gourmet Foods Category, but since the category is locked, i was trying to request for category approval. But whenever I click on the 'Request Approval' button, it takes me directly to the Selling Applications page, where I can manage my applications, but it doesn't take me to any page where I can request for approval.Please help what to do in this case as the support is unable to help. I have called them, written emails, done all things possible, but they are simply saying we are working on this, please wait. Is anyone else also facing the same issue while requesting for category approval? If so, how did you resolve it?
