application declined and rejected afer it has been approved
Can someone explain possible reasons why my merch on demand application that was already approved all of a sudden deactivated and rejected and there's "no path to reapply"? My application was immediately approved the very first time I applied. I was able to submit 10 designs in the first week and had the posts for more than a month. Then without notice, I got a notification saying my application was rejected and deactivated with no explanation whatsoever. Customer service says they do not let the seller know because it may get in the way of internal review. I have. a professional seller account, and check my status, it still shows active and no violations. healthy account, no issues at all and yet, I don't see my products in the website. What could possibly have happened?
