It seems, Customer bought wooden braces for their bathroom along with this toilet paper. The toilet paper which is fine. It is exaclty what the customer ordered. However, the customer also ordered wooden braces for their bathroom. When a cusotmer orders all in one shot, Customer sometime does not understand that not all items comes from one seller. I am assuming, when the buyer placed the feedback, they thought we are responsible for the wooden braces as well. So, when they provided the feedback, it also affected us. Could you please let the customer know that the feedback is placed for the wrong seller. Please ask the customer to update their feedback so that it goes to the right person. If the wooden braces are incorrect, the right seller should know about it so that they can fix it. Having feedback in our seller account does not help the customer or the seller. I see the the feedback as an opportunity to improve buyer and seller experience and remove the future problems. It not only helps the customers, it also heps the seller, as well as Amazon as marketplace. So, please remove the feedback and reqeust the customer to place the feedback for the right seller. In this way, we will be all beneficiaries of the feedback. Hope this helps.
