Rolling 60 days ODR percentage

I currently have 3 A-z claims which has just pushed me over the 1% ODR rate. Two of the A-zs were dated 7 April (72 days ago) and so I had expected these to have dropped off by now as it has exceeded the 60 day period when they are supposed to drop off.

Can anyone confirm why they haven’t?

On another note, one of the a-zs currently is, and has been, under review for the last 2 months though they’re still counting it in my ODR?

The current ODR window is from 05-Apr-2019 to 03-Jun-2019, you can verify it by visiting the “Customer Service Performance” section of your Seller Account:

https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/performance/detail/customer-service?ref=sp_st_dash_cs_vm

So as you can see, the defects will drop off soon.

And yes, all A-Z claims which are in the “Under Review” status are affecting your metrics.
