Missing inventory
hey guys.
2 of my parcels was automatically removed. But only one was delivered to me.
Customer Support says both parcel was delivered to me even after I sent them proof that the other parcel was returned back to them. I have spoke to UPS and they confirmed that one of the parcel was returned back to Amazon. What should I do… customer support is no help

This is my standard procedure.
Contact Seller support - 3-4 times
Contact managingdirector@amazon.co.uk - 1-2 times
Then small claims court.
I’ve always chit my money. In the end!
