I have sent an email but nothing! any suggestions?
You are fraudulently promoting 'our brand name' AND sending your website vistors to a direct competitor - I am now in the process of taking action against your intentional practice, activity and behaviour and will be seeking damages caused by your activity in both loss of revenue and damage caused to our brand.
