Items incorrectly marked as expired

I already have a case : 16568379901

The problem was noticed on Oct, 29 with about 81 units. I reached out and for over 10 days I was waiting. Only to be messaged that the items were not expired but it was too late because they were tied to an automatic removal order, which I can not disable. Now the number of orders that show up as expired is 185. I have lost my patience with this case, I have been waiting, only to hear what I already knew, my items were not expired.

I just took a look into case 16568379901 and do see that Seller Support is actively investigating this situation further with the proper internal team. I know it's not ideal to hear, but I do need that investigation to be completed before I can potentially escalate this further, if needed depending on those results.
