Pallet 22+ days late.
Nearly a month and my products haven't been made available for purchase in the UK, it still shows as "in transit", what should I do? Amazon haven't replied to none of my cases although put forward as urgent and its been 3 days.
Pallet company says it will be delivered to a different warehouse because the current ware house doesn't have any available slots which I found very strange.
But is this normal?
If lost will Amazon refund shipping fee etc?
