Negative Feedback Remove Help

Hello,

I submitted evidence in a new case to prove that the negative feedback left by the buyer was incorrect, and was told that I could only submit evidence through the original case, but the original case was already closed.

The first order: 202-1505572-8573155, we have explained to the buyer that his parcel was lost by the logistics company and refunded him promptly, but the buyer said that our service was poor. We don't accept this criticism.

The second order: 204-8412076-8970712, we have email to the buyer and provide a solution, and we had explained to the customer that the parcel was lost and offered a reasonable compensation package, but when the parcel was already replaced, the customer chose to get a refund, which we promptly did, and he signed for the replacement courier.

The new case id: 10732190292, 10732603582.

I checked in with the team and I hate to report back that they stated that the feedback does not meet the criteria for removal. They recommended that you work with the buyer to remove the feedback.
