I HAVE SUBMITTED BANK ACCOUNT VERIFICATION MULTIPLE TIMES. NOTHING IS WORKING.
WHEN I CALL AN ACCOUNT HEALTH SPECIALIST, THEY TELL ME TO WAIT 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS, AND I GET THE SAME RESULT, EVERY TIME.

Assuming you are linking to a regular checking account from a major U.S. bank, I advise you to first enter the details of that account on the buyer side of your account.

Was it YOU who created this seller account?
Does the name on your bank account match EXACTLY the "Legal Entity" in your seller account?
Is this a REAL bank, not a virtual bank or a Payment Provider? What is the name of that bank?

I understand how frustrating this situation must be for you. Could you please confirm a few things in your Seller Central? Pleases review and confirm in the Account Info area:
- Does your Business Name match the name on your bank account?
- Does your Tax information match the name on your bank account?
- Does the Legal Entity match the name on your bank account?
When you upload the bank documents, verification tries to match the name on your bank account to either the legal entity or tax information you have already provided. Can you confirm the name on the bank documents matches that information?

Also look into: Seller Identity Verification - This may help you understand that the name on your bank account is part of what identifies you as a seller.

Do you use or at some point use seller waller? if so you have to close the wallet and then resubmit the documents.
