System identify some of my goods as dangerous

Hi

While trying to create a shipment, the system identify some of my goods as dangerous and I can not proceed with the shipment. The products that I am sending, is not dangerous and I confirmed it using Seller amp sas. Does anyone else have faced the same issue? Thanks

Amazon is continuously conducting reviews of products, which can lead to changes in the classification of a product.

If your product has been identified as a dangerous good, but you disagree with the classification, you can upload a new safety data sheet or exemption sheet through the document upload tool.

As your post has been 2 weeks ago, were you able to make progress on your case by now or do you still have problems with the shipment?
