buyer claiming recieved wrong product
buyer claims they received the wrong product. I sent a replacement free of charge. buyer reaches again claiming they received the wrong item again. they clearly did not. I explained to the customer, I will be glad to refund your money once all 4 units are returned and in my possession. any insight here, buyer clearly did not receive the wrong item, as I personally packaged them myself. once I told the buyer I will be glad to refund them once I have received the products back, he reported the message thread to amazon as unresolved.

You are eligible for an automatic reimbursement if the buyer fails to return the original item to the carrier within 30 days of the replacement order being sent. Please allow seven business days for the reimbursement to show up on your Payments page against the replacement order ID.
Regarding the replacement order, you can inform the buyer to open a return request within their Amazon account. The help page below provides instruction on how a buyer can return items:
Once you receive the return request, you can authorize the request and provide a prepaid return label or the request may be auto-authorized by Amazon. If the buyer does not return the product, you can file a SAFE-T Claim to request reimbursement.
