Product Complaince Team Taking more than 4weeks To Reveiw the Product

I am encountering an issue with the Product Compliance documents, I submitted since 10-Sep Despite the passage of over 4 weeks, the status remains "under review" with no response from Amazon on the submitted documents. I have opened several cases, but each has been redirected to the same "under review" status, and even Amazon Support has not been able to resolve this issue, support team just request me to keep waiting. ASIN: B0DGY1G1LH

The consequences of the problem is that the production and shipment is blocked for weeks now, any way to help?!

OP: "I have opened several cases..."

1. Big mistake. Every new ono you create or respond to cancels out the prior one. Amazon help works the same as being placed on hold with a telephone. it is like hanging up and starting all over again. Some sellers send one every day and never get to the top of the pile, they just stay at bottom.

2. Another factor that comes into play, is the time or the year. it is not that Amazon does not like you; it is simply that Amazon wants to protect their buyers more.

At this time of the year, Amazon cuts way back on approving new sellers and new brands. The reason is, if approved now, they may not meet buyer's expectations, leading to complaints and unwanted returns during holiday shopping. So, Amazon sort of holds off on givong approvals until after the start of the new year. That way the new seller and new brand has 10 months to work things out for the 2025 holiday shopping.
