Sending a free mp3 download
We sell home produced speciality CDs on Amazon FBA all which are available on our website as mp3 downloads However, as fewer people are buying CDs these days, we though we would offer the free download of the item when the customer received the CD and emails us with their order number. The problem is, once the customer gets the download, there is nothing to stop them sending the CD back. Firstly, would this be allowed on Amazon and secondly, would I just have to take the hit from unscrupulous buyers.

You may not advertise free anything on Amazon.
Further, Amazon most expressly does not allow data harvesting of buyers -- you are not supposed to know their email address. You are not supposed to direct them somewhere that will allow you to grab that information.
