Refund from Amazon seller account

Hello, Can anyone help me to get a refund for the seller account? I would need their email so I can request a refund of 30£ for the subscription. They refuse to open an account for me and took the money so I want them back. Terrible customer service

First of all, you will have signed up for the professional selling plan (accidentally perhaps). You can downgrade to the Individual Selling Plan, which should be the first thing you do.

I don't believe you can get a refund though unless you get your account actually activated. Can you advise why they won't open the account?
