Urgent: Need help with complaints

I have 2 Intellectual Property (Counterfeit without a test buy) and 2 Product Authenticity Issues (Suspected Product Authenticity Issue).
My AHR dropped to 68 and it seems it will be deactivated.
I tried many appeals with plan of action, root cause, preventative measure etc. nothing worked.
So can you help me? @Josh_Amazon

These are the important questions to answer:
- Is your supply chain thru the brand authorized WHOLESALE distributor? They CANNOT be a retailer and definitely not Amazon.com.
- Do you have permission from the brand to sell on Amazon?

I see that you have received 2 different types of complaints and you are seeking guidance on what is required to get these resolved. I am here to provide you with support.
I tried many appeals with plan of action, root cause, preventative measure etc. nothing worked.
I wanted to clarify that submitting an appeal or plan of action will not resolve these types of complaints. I will break them down individually below.
For counterfeit without test buy complaints you must either submit invoices that meet our document requirements or a letter of authorization from the brand. If you are unable to submit what I listed above you must obtain a retraction of the complaint from the rights owner. The rights owner details will be listed in the performance notification you received.
For the authenticity complaints you must provide valid invoices that meet our document requirements I linked above. This will be the only viable path to resolve these complaints.
Do you have invoices for the products in question? Have you attempted to submit them for review as of yet? Do you have permission from the brand owner to sell their products?
