I'm a UK-registered sole trader using FBA, but my account was blocked.
I received an email stating:
> "Your UK VAT number was either not uploaded or not validated by the deadline that we provided in our previous communications. Amazon is required to verify that you are VAT registered in the UK with a valid UK VAT registration number (VRN) under the UK Finance Bill 2018, effective March 15, 2018."
However, I am not VAT-registered.
I have emailed uk-vat-number-appeals@amazon.co.uk explaining my situation.
How long does it usually take to receive a response?

Although you say you are a UK registered sole-trader, do you actually LIVE in UK ? - if not then you do need to be VAT registered if you are storing your goods in UK for FBA.
