have a huge issue which I’m struggling to resolve. I was fully registered and have been selling. So updated my legal entity from sole trader to LTD company. As soon as I tried to do this the Amazon website has locked me out. Whenever I log in I get an error message: Invalid Charge MethodYou must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account. It will not allow me to click view charge method and have attempted this on various different devices and browsers. I also cannot click support to open a ticket, any suggestions?

Is your linked card/bank account in the name of your limited company ?
Did you do an account transfer properly?
