Product mistakenly identified ad unapproved or misbranded product
We have been battling an unapproved and misbranded product error for the past 2 weeks. We have supplied Amazon documentation showing that the item is approved for the US market and we have created a Document with both Amazon Labeling policies, as well as the FDAs labeling policies and the product has all the required information needed. Once all of that was denied, I reached out to my Authorized Distributor and he sent us his importing records of recieveing the product and documentation of it passing FDA. But yet still denied, with no information why it was denied. When you call Account health specialist, they have no idea what the issue even is.
Anyone have any idea on what other approach to take on this?

I understand you are dealing with an restricted Product policy violation with one of your listings. In order to better assist, we would need more information regarding the exact reason for the deactivation. When the listing was deactivated, you would have received a performance notification containing the reason why as well as the steps forward. Please feel free to share that information here in the thread (with personal details removed).

After your submissions, you should have received a follow-up notification with information about why it was not accepted. Can you share what information was given in that notification? This will allow us to understand your next steps.
