Cannot edit suspended listing attributes
Hello, we have a suspended listing because of a restricted keyword we used in the title attribute.
We have since been told by the review team to remove all restricted content from the product detail page.
However, we cannot change the title of this suspended listing, and we have tried many different ways.
We first deleted the listing, waited 24hrs then uploaded a new file template. This did not change the title.
Can someone please disclose what is the correct process to make updates to a suspended ASIN?

I have no idea. I can only add onto your problem in hopes that a moderator can tell us both what the correct process is for editing a suspended listing.
I have seen dozens of suspended listings due to some kind of keyword and yet the listing copy is impossible to edit because its suspended. And yet to reinstate it...you need to edit the listing.
My only method in fixing a suspended listing due to a keyword is editing the listing copy in edit inventory, taking a screen shot of it, and sending it to seller support...claiming its edited.
They will respond with a robotic response claiming its not edited yet, just re-open the case and rephrase that you edited it and you need guidance on how they want you to edit it.

It sounds like you know the detail page changes that are needed, but can't get these to process either manually or through an update file. If you'd like to share your case ID discussing the topic with support, I'd be interested in taking a closer look.
In the meantime, did the solution proposed by the other seller in the thread improve this situation at all?
