Customer said she didn't receive the parcel, should I resend it?

My customer said she didn't receive the parcel, while tracking information shows it was delivered to the mailbox of the buyer. She said she checked with the courier Collissimo who fulfilled the end delivery. But found nothing.

I used Amazon buy shipping.

The customer is asking me to resend the order. What should I or she do? Seller support said they cant do anything as this is seller fulfilled order.

From my end, I can only refer you to general Amazon recommandations on this which are to either:

  • Refund the buyer
  • Ask the buyer to wait a bit longer for the order to arrive
  • Ship a replacement order at your cost
