Unable to change listing title
All of the variations for a particular listing of mine are currently suppressed due to the parent listing title being too long. So I'm trying to change it.
If I try to edit the listing, when I click "save and finish," nothing happens. The listing doesn't save. The page doesn't close. And I don't see the usual pop-up that says changes may take up to 24 hours. It's as if the "save and finish" button is just inert.
I also tried changing the title via the title update tool on the help page. This was yesterday afternoon, and still no changes to the title have taken place.
I got in touch with support, and of course their only scripted suggestion was to try and convince me to make the change by way of upload feed, which in my experience is a major headache given that Amazon gives precisely zero guidance on how to fill those spreadsheets out properly.
Has anybody dealt with this before or know a workaround? I just want to change a listing title. Not sure why it's turning into such a cluster-f.
