Customer asking for refund for non receipt although delivery attempted
I have received a message from a buyer asking for a refund as saying not received and no longer need, however I have tracked it and delivery was attempted twice. It is now at the delivery office awaiting collection or redelivery. What do I do? I have messaged them back to let them know but do I have to refund?

No, you don't have to refund. Its a well known tactic to claim not delivered, get a refund, then go and collect it.
If you have advised as such, I would confirm again and state if collection is not completed, you will be refunded when the order is returned to me.
Be aware though that the customer might claim a refund via an A-Z anyway - so be ready to appeal that!
