Brand Approved but can't find it to list?
Having issues trying to list items (which are not in the Amazon catalogue) by a brand which I have been approved to sell.
I was approved to sell the brand a week ago having completed a 2-step process and issued all the necessary photographs, documents etc. However the listing template is still requesting that I need to apply to list the brand?.
I am currently in circles with seller support who insist that I am approved to sell the brand and don’t appear to know what the problem is. I am also typing the brand name correctly as is queried.
